Are you a photography enthusiast, bird lover or nature lover? Grab your camera and take a “ SHOT” at your photo being displayed in our City Council Chamber! Eagle Lake’s Crazy about Birds Photo Contest is accepting entries for this year’s competition!
You can check out over 315 bird species that have been sighted in #EagleLake and surrounding areas. There are some amazing birding locations including Eagle Lake Veterans Memorial Park, the David-Wintermann Wildlife Area and the Attwater Prairie Chicken National Wildlife Refuge.
Registration Deadline: April 5, 2024. Contest Dates: April 15 – May 15, 2024. Photos must be submitted by Friday, May 17 and winners will be announced Friday, May 24.
