The City of Eagle Lake is soliciting a Request for Qualifications from a qualified engineer/engineering firm (registered to practice in the State of Texas) for engineering services to include budget/scopes of work/cost estimates for the purchase and installation of an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI)/Smart Meters and the subsequent preliminary and final design plans, bid documents, and necessary interim and final inspections required by the City for the implementation of project through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) allocation.
