Public Works

The Public Works Department consists of streets, water/wastewater utilities, parks and recreation, and animal control. 

Public Works is responsible for providing essential services that are critical to the operation and development of the City of Eagle Lake. This department ensures the efficient and safe delivery of public services, such as the maintenance of the City's water, sewer, and street maintenance and repair. The Public Works Department also ensures compliance with environmental regulations.

The Solid Waste Services are currently under contract with Green For Life Environmental (GFL) for providing collection and disposal of solid waste for the City.
